Summer Solstice

Summer Solstice

Tomorrow marks the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. In short, it is a celebration of thankfulness to the god from bringing summer and the Sun. We will be getting together with friends and neighbors for a Summer Solstice Ritual and I thought that I would share a nice easy ritual I found for those that may want to do the same. It makes for a very nice special day for the family.

Here is a link to a page with a great easy to follow ritual that I started out with a long time ago and have just adapted over time for our own liking. Enjoy!

It's Alive!

It's Alive!

Last night I learned that not only is Paganism alive and well here at PNN, but so are many faiths that walk in compassion, peace, and most of all LOVE!

After a stirring post to my blog Rant's & Raves, I had the honor of meeting many women of many faiths who left encouraging, passionate, stirring comments. Unlike many online social venues, not one slapped me down for my faith, leaving a comment of how I needed to turn from my ways and follow "their" path. How refreshing!!

I have been away from PNN for some time. Truth be know, I have a MAC. And PNN does not play well with my MAC. However, I can see that PNN has turned into a diverse community of Dynamically Divine Goddess Divas! And it is well worth tolerating the few MAC/PNN glitches, to come fellowship with this community of Goddesses on a regular basis. I look forward to getting to know you all with open arms and heart <3

Is Paganism Non-Existent On PNN?

Is Paganism Non-Existent On PNN?

I have spend a good amount of time this evening browsing other sites on PNN. Looking for those that might be of similar interest. Hoping to find some common ground with others of like mind. I've used several familiar keywords; pagan, paganism, earth-based religion, wicca, etc. Only to run into the familiar "sorry not found". This I find hard to believe. That there would be no one out there in the PNN world who is Pagan? Surely it is I that am doing something wrong in my search techniques. Or are you all really hiding in the broom closet?

I suppose I will start my own set of pagan tags, for others to find us by :)

If your out there, give a shout. I'd love to hear from other like minded souls. Talk to me. What do you feel when you see the moon in her fullness? What is your favorite Sabat? What Goddess/God calls to you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Blessed Be!
